The Person-Centered Pathway (PCP) for SUDPPW in Eastern Virginia, is a strategic partnership dedicated to improving substance use disorder outcomes for pregnant and parenting women. We operate under the belief that by streamlining care, we directly impact and improve maternal and infant mortality and morbidity in our region.
